Learn about the art of oil painting with Wickenburg Art Club member Marian Koegele.
Born in Topeka, Kansas, Marian Koegele has had a lifelong interest in art. Throughout a long career in the aerospace industry, Marian attended accredited art classes in several southern California and Arizona colleges. When she retired from business in 2002, she and her husband, John, moved to a home in the desert hills south of Wickenburg, a place that inspired her to devote more of her time to painting. Koegele is a juried member of the Arizona Art Alliance and the Wickenburg Art Club. She has won awards from both organizations, and her paintings are displayed in numerous businesses in the Wickenburg Area. She is presently in the Frame and I Art Gallery in Wickenburg.
