Join us for Family Friday at the Sigler Western Museum! Led by master docent Joe Stevens this tour will stop at historic ranches, which may include the Hassayampa River Preserve, Simpson Ranch, Remuda Ranch, Monte Vista Ranch, Kay El Bar Ranch, Flying E Ranch, and Rancho de los Caballeros. Concludes around 3:00 p.m. back at the Museum. Self-driving tour with lunch included at Rancho de los Caballeros.

Join historian Joe Stevens as we explore ghost towns around the Wickenburg area. The tour will begin at the Museum at 9:30 a.m. for a brief orientation. Stops on the tour will include Octave, Stanton, the Old Congress town site and cemetery, and the Garcia Cemetery. The tour will conclude in Wickenburg around 3:30 p.m. Participants will self-drive and pay for their own lunch in Congress

This concert has become an annual tradition in Wickenburg, with Stamey returning each year for an exclusive performance at the Museum. An award-winning acoustic performer and master storyteller, Stamey has earned national recognition across the Western world. “Cowboys & Indians Magazine” has called him “the Charlie Russell of Western Music,” while “Western Horseman Magazine” named his “Vaquero Song” one of the greatest Western songs of all time. “True West Magazine” honored him as Best Living Western Solo Musician four years in a row. His latest album, “Porch Music”, was released in 2024.

Meet in the main Museum lobby. Self-drive in your own 4WD vehicle (on dirt roads a few minutes outside of town). Sturdy shoes and hats recommended. With your guide, master docent Joe Stevens, you will explore areas such as Sayer Sation, the Town of Constellation, Gold Bar, and Monte Cristo. The journey includes rugged terrain, so sturdy footwear is essential. Expect moderate walking throughout the excursion.
