5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Miniature Silent Auction, Artists’ and Patrons’ Party at the Museum includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and a hosted bar. Included in Weekend Package. $120 per person otherwise.

7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. TBD: After party with music under the tent

Saturday, March 29:
10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Preview of Main and Miniature Galleries; Miniatures available for purchase ($20, in addition to general admission)

9:00 a.m. Lecture, Q&A, Panel Discussion: Dr. Tricia Loscher

4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Main Bash & Bid Sale, Awards Dinner, and Live Auction in Cowgirl Up! galleries and under tent. Included in Weekend Package. $220 per person otherwise

Sunday, March 30:
8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Museum open to the public with regular admission prices. Weekend package and free for morning ticket holders. Main sale and minis available for purchase.

9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Breakfast under the Tent in front of the Museum. Included in Weekend Package; $35.00 in advance / $45.00 at the door per person otherwise, Children 12 and under $15.00 with Adult Ticket purchase

9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Artists’ Quick Draw in front of the Museum

10:45 a.m. to Noon Quick Draw Live Auction under the tent
