Marless Fellows

Arizona

Marless Fellows’ journey into art didn’t begin in childhood, but once she picked up a paintbrush in her mid-thirties, there was no turning back. Encouraged by her husband’s grandfather, she dove headfirst into drawing classes, which soon led to a love for oil painting. Over the years, she studied under admired artists at the Scottsdale Artist School, refining her skills while developing her own bold and expressive style.

Inspired by the Western lifestyle, Marless’s work captures the heart and soul of the animals, landscapes, and traditions that define the spirit of the West. Her paintings are known for their rich colors, dynamic compositions, and the personality she brings to each subject—whether it’s a determined working horse, a dusty cowboy moment, or, yes, the occasional charismatic donkey.

Her work has been featured in Phoenix Home & Garden magazine, and she has exhibited at prestigious shows such as the Arizona Fine Art Expo and the Phippen Western Art Show. She was also honored as the featured artist for the Arizona Cowboy Poet’s Gathering and spent five years running her own gallery in Cave Creek, Arizona.

Marless continues to push her artistic boundaries, always exploring new ideas and refining and growing as an artist.  Her goal is to create pieces that she loves and also resonate with collectors and fellow Western art lovers.
